Our service plan includes a 20-point inspection and service which are detailed below. 

The Inspections include:

• Inspection of the electric board.
• Inspect electrical parts
• Inspection of Low Voltage & High Voltage  
• Inspection of the electrical wires
• Inspection of the Low Voltage and High Voltage Wire connections
• Check heat strip operation
• Check capacitors and amps on all motors
• Check float strip operation
• Inspect the thermostat and check operation
• Inspect airflow and static pressure
• Check system charge
• Inspect compressor performance
• Inspect fan blades and remount
• Check air duct/flow and distribution

The Service includes:

• Cleaning the evaporator coil
• Disinfect the blower section
• Check and clean the drain pan
• Clean the drain line
• Tighten the electrical connections
• Clean compressor coil
